the diagnosis and treatment of cystic fibrosis. Early

- One-on-one
counseling and support for patients and their families.
- Special
educational materials, including pamphlets, booklets
and videos on different aspects of living with the disease.
The materials cover a wide range of topics, from diagnosis
and treatment to addressing the special needs of school-age
children, to laws, programs and services available to
assist patients with cystic fibrosis.
- Public
outreach. A newsletter, web site, news articles and
special events help inform the community about cystic
fibrosis, its diagnosis and treatment.
