Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disorder that affects the lungs and other parts of the body including the digestive system. NJSOCF (New Jersey State Organization of Cystic Fibrosis) provides assistance to individuals suffering with this debilitating and often life threatening condition.

Our tailored adult program provides pharmaceutical and financial support through our special state-funded program. Patient Advocate Foundation  www.patientadvocate.org
The Patient Advocate Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides patients services eliminating obstacles in access to quality healthcare.  PAF assists patients to navigate their healthcare and advocate for their prescribed care.
